Right now

We're not taking real orders, aldernutrition.com is a pre-launch waitlist. Nothing ships and nothing is charged. Joining the waitlist reserves your spot for the founding price and an early email when the first batch is ready.

Once orders open

We'll state a clear shipping window before you're charged, and honor it, or notify you and offer a refund if we can't (per the FTC Mail Order Rule). US shipping only at launch. We ship orders ourselves for the first several hundred, then move to a fulfillment partner as volume grows. You'll get a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email. Lost or damaged package: email devin@aldernutrition.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
