Alder Nutrition ("Alder," "we," "us") operates aldernutrition.com. This explains what we collect and why, during our pre-launch waitlist phase and once we start shipping orders.

What we collect

Email address, and if you give it, your answer to "what do you train for?" Basic browsing and device data, through cookies and the Meta Pixel, so we can measure whether our ads work. Once orders open: your name, shipping address, and payment details, Shopify's payment processor handles and stores card information, not us.

How we use it

To email you about the founding batch, product updates, and marketing you've opted into. To measure and improve our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns. To fulfill orders once we start shipping. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Meta, for ad measurement and matching, through the Meta Pixel. Our email/SMS platform, to send you updates. Once orders open: our shipping carrier, fulfillment partner, and payment processor.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email, or by emailing devin@aldernutrition.com. Request a copy or deletion of your data at that same address.

Cookies

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to see how people use the site and how our ads perform. You can block cookies in your browser; some site features may work less well if you do.

Age

Alder products are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the business grows. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
